Apprenticeships

Every year since 1975, Tekne have taken an apprentice to make sure that traditional skills are continually passed on from one generation to another. We’re proud to be able to give these trainees an opportunity to learn a traditional craft that will provide lifelong skills. Many of our apprentices stay with us once their training is over; helping to make our company the success it is today. Many of the apprentices we’ve taken on have won awards in the National Association of Shopfitters Apprentice of the Year Competition over the years.

The recruitment process for new Apprentices starts around May/June every year so please email us with your CV if you would like to be considered.
