Requiring complete renovation and refurbishment, Lloren House, a Grade II listed building, with frontage on the High Street in Marlborough had to be handled with the utmost sensitivity and respect. The ambition was to create a 100-seat restaurant to be in-keeping with the style of the existing 12 establishments in the Rick Stein Group.
