KX Urban Gym - NOW OPEN

The new KX Urban Gym opened at the beginning of September after a 26 week project. Fit-out works were undertaken to convert the existing shell into a new gym and spa facilities just off Sloane Square in the heart of Chelsea, London.

Works included strip-out of and minor demolition work (non-structural) to the internal areas, alterations and new finishes to walls and ceilings. A new staircase, specialist joinery/furniture, sanitary ware, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, drainage connections and all builders work in conjunction with. Specialist items included bamboo flooring and installation of a Cryo unit.
