Working closely with the project architect or designer to add real value at every stage - from early advice on design and materials to ensuring that design intent, craftmanship and quality are maintained throughout the entire design implementation, fabrication production and finishing - we are able to keep control of the entire manufacturing process, ensuring a smooth workflow through the construction process, installation to project handover.

A complete interior fit-out programme isn’t restricted to just the interior space of the installation. We are often required to consider the entire building - including utilities such as water, gas and electrical services.

Managed by our experienced Site Managers, Fabrication Managers, and our dedicated Installation Teams, we constantly monitor manufacture and build quality. Our regular review meetings, fabrication inspections and installation surveillance ensures the rapid resolution of any snagging problems, to deliver excellence.

Principal contractor

With all our experience and comprehensive manufacturing services knowledge, Tekne are often requested to act as the main contractor on most projects. Our full site surveys mean that we can accurately develop each individual element in a project. Acting as the Principal, we coordinate with other trades with clarity and precision to ensure complete compliance and a perfect fit on site.
